Electrifying News – Employee Training Begins

Most (but not quite all) of our staff have returned as we prepare for a new school year. Wildcat Training has kicked off in Bridge! Please check your required courses and complete them as assigned. In addition to online training, there are important in-person offerings and events, too. Our campus leaders ensure professional development and preparation is timely and relevant to the work we do and it’s very much appreciated.
We recently welcomed our new HR Director, Marlo Kibler. Marlo is from Shaker Heights, Ohio, and has been in Texas since 2017. She has extensive human resources experience within higher education and most recently at UT Austin. Marlo shares, “I’m excited to be part of the TSBVI community and look forward to partnering with each of you to support the school’s important mission.”
Campus-wide Events:
- Thursday at 1:00p, TSBVI Summer Safety and Security Committee Meeting in the Boardroom of Building 600
- Thursday at 2:00p New Board Member Orientation in Supt. Conference Room
- Friday at 8:30a TSBVI Board Meeting in the Boardroom of Building 600
- Monday, August 11th, “Welcome Back” at 10a in the Auditorium
- Monday, August 11th, and Friday, August 15th, coffee and snacks in the Cafeteria starting at 7:00a and available through the morning
- Monday, August 11th, grab-n-go Jason’s Deli boxed lunch from 12p – 1p in the Cafeteria
