Electrifying News – Boys Goalball Takes Silver!
To those celebrating the New Year in Judaism, Happy Rosh Hashanah! The holiday is today through Wednesday. Although TSBVI is holding classes as scheduled, Austin ISD has made today and tomorrow student holidays.
Congratulations to the Boys Goalball team who placed 2nd at a tournament in Savannah, Georgia over the weekend. We have a strong team this year! Save the date for the High School National Goalball Finals, being held right here at TSBVI, December 5th – 7th.
As a reminder, All Blind Children is planning their annual fundraiser to be held Friday, October 17th. The event will be in Austin from 6-9p to raise money for their organization. You can find more about the event and buy tickets online.
The State Employee Charitable Campaign will kick off on October 1st. Consider even a small one-time donation to your charity of choice. More information and charity options can be found online.
