Meet Miguel Angel Martinez Lopez and learn about his job as a part-time bus chaperone at TSBVI.
Miguel Angel Martinez Lopez, a senior at Texas State University, found himself working flexible hours as a Direct Support Professional in the Weekends Home Department at the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (TSBVI). As a Texas State student, it was important that he found something that worked with his school schedule. Miguel says,
“Every day is different, nothing is the same, which keeps it exciting. The students always teach you something new and keep you learning.”
