Color Conveying Information

1194.22(c): Web pages shall be designed so that all information conveyed with color is also available without color, for example from context or markup.

Related Guidelines: WCAG 2.1, 2.2; IBM 12.

  • The issue: information conveyed by color is lost for people who are color blind, or use monochrome displays.
