To Request to Exhibit

To help us keep track of our vendors, please complete the Request to Exhibit Form and someone from our SWOMA planning committee will be in touch with you to discuss your exhibit options. 


How many tables can I pay for?

Up to four at this time, but we may have to limit to a maximum of two tables depending on how many vendors and exhibitors we have participating.

How much for each table?

The basic fee to be a vendor is $25 per table which we will waive for consumer and family organizations that wish to exhibit.

If you would like to help sponsor a break with a monetary contribution we will add information about you and your business in the SWOMA Session Guide. For $50 you will get a business card size ad, for $100 you will get a quarter-page add, for $200 a half-page, and for $400 a full page ad.  We are happy to include your business logo or other image in this ad if you email it in either a jpeg or png file to Kate Hurst at  by October 1, 2017.

Who do I make the check to and where do I send it?

Please make the check to "TSBVI" and note the payment is for "SWOMA Exhibit Table".

How many days can I exhibit?

Vendors and exhibitors are welcome to have a table set up for both days of the SWOMA conference (Friday and Saturday). However, you may only choose to exhibit on Friday since it is a full day and we will wrap up at 2 PM on Saturday.

When can I set up?

You may set up as early as 7:30 AM on Friday, October 20th at Region 4 Education Service Center.  There will be someone from our SWOMA volunteer staff there to direct you to your table.

What if I need electricity?

Please be aware that you will need to bring any electrical cords, lights and so forth that you will need to set up your exhibit.

What if I need to ship materials?

If you need to ship materials in advance please contact Sheryl Sokoloski (at ) at Region 4 ESC to get detailed instructions. 

What if I want to attend sessions?

Please register for the SWOMA Conference so we will be able to provide a name tag and include you in the count for food and beverage. However, if you will not be attending sessions, you will not need to pay the registration fee and can use the special discount code you will be provided  after we get your Request to Exhibit Form.
