When you see embroidered logos or art on shirts, backpacks, or bags, did you ever think you could make similar items? TSBVI offers a Computer Designed Embroidery course to year-round students, and their products have been sold and shipped to multiple states and even other countries. For the first time, an introduction to this class is available during Secondary Enrichment!

In Computer-Designed Embroidery, students will work with an experienced TSBVI staff member to learn the entire commercial embroidery process, using tools and techniques currently used in the embroidery industry. They will use powerful computer-design software to create their own designs, then use Industrial-Grade machines to produce items featuring it.

In addition to learning the “nuts and bolts” of computer-aided embroidery, students will develop skills for working as part of a production team, learn budgeting basics, and explore time-management skills.

Join us where art and computer skills intersect!
