THROUGH YOUR CHILD'S EYES

Have you ever wondered how your child "sees" the world? Have you ever considered what a world with little or no sight might be like? If these questions seem important to you, then THROUGH YOUR CHILD'S EYES was designed with you in mind.

You will learn about your child's vision loss, quality programs for children with visual impairments, resources and much, much more. PLUS, you will get an opportunity to meet with other parents of children with visual impairments, some of whom have children that have additional disabilities, including deafblindness. There will be a panel of individuals who are visually impaired at this workshop who can answer your questions about what it is like to grow up with a visual impairment. AND, you will get a chance to ask all the questions you were afraid to ask about visual impairments and helping your child grow into a happy and successful individual.
