Dear Parents and School Officials,
Please refer to the dates and times indicated below so that transportation arrangements can be made in advance. Classes are in session until 2 p.m. on departure days unless otherwise noted below. If necessary for a student to leave prior to 2 p.m., please contact the Assistant Principal and/or Residential Director for permission. Please pay particularly close attention to when the dorms are open and closed. TSBVI vans and buses will run all eight weekends and holidays when school is closed, with the exception of August 26 registration and June 5 departure

August 31 September 1, 2, 3 (Buses run 8/31 and 9/3) |
Students may begin leaving after 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 31. Dorms close at 8:00 p.m. Dorms reopen on Monday, September 3 at 2:00 p.m. |
October 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 (Buses run 10/3 and 10/8) |
Students may begin leaving after 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3. Dorms close at 8:00 p.m. Dorms reopen on Monday, October 8 at 2:00 p.m. |
November 16-November 25 (Buses run 11/16 and 11/25) |
Students may begin leaving after 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 16. Dorms close at noon on Saturday, November 17. Dorms reopen on Sunday, November 25 at 2:00 p.m. |
December 20 – January 7 (Buses run 12/20 and 1/7) |
Students may begin leaving after 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 20. Dorms close at 8:00 p.m. Dorms reopen on Monday, January 7 at 2:00 p.m. |
February 1, 2, 3, 4 (Buses run 2/1 and 2/4) |
Students may begin leaving after 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 1. Dorms close at 8:00 p.m. Dorms reopen on Monday, February 4 at 2:00 p.m. |
March 7-16 (Buses run 3/7 and 3/16) |
Students may begin leaving after 12:15 p.m. on Friday, March 7. Dorms close at noon on Saturday, March 8. Dorms reopen on Sunday, March 16 at 2:00 p.m. |
March 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 (Buses run 3/20 and 3/24) |
Students may begin leaving at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 20. Dorms close at 8:00 p.m. Dorms reopen on Monday, March 24 at 2:00 p.m. |
May 1,2,3,4 (Buses run 5/1 and 5/4) |
Students may begin leaving at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 1. Dorms close at 8:00 p.m. Dorms reopen on Sunday, May 4 at 2:00 p.m. |
