What are students expected to do?

The Post-Secondary Program (PSP) consists of three significantly integrated components. Students attend the Criss Cole Rehabilitation Center (CCRC) for six hours a day to gain proficiency in the skills of blindness, including cane travel, Braille, computer technology, and daily living skills.

In addition, students attend two academic support classes at the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (TSBVI) -- Language Arts and Math of Money. These classes are designed to improve students' writing skills for vocational purposes and build students' budgeting and money management skills.
