Contact your DBS transition counselor and notify him or her that you are interested in the Post-Secodnary Program. Your counselor will need to assist you in completing most of the steps necessary in the PSP application process.
You will need to arrange a tour of both the Post-Secondary Program and the Criss Cole Rehabilitation Center (CCRC). Both tours are typically conducted on the same day.
To contact the CCRC admissions office to arrange a tour, call (512) 377-0349. Your DBS Counselor will make a referral request to CCRC for the tour and will need to indicate that you are interested in the Post-Secondary Program.
You will also need to contact the PSP to check availability for tours. You can contact us By phone or e-mail to set up and confirm dates and times for tours of the facility.
