Ingredients:

  • 1 quart shredded cabbage

  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper

  • 1 cup chopped celery

  • 2 cups diced tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • 1½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Cook all the above ingredients in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 10 to 12 minutes (longer if desired).
