Ingredients:

  • 1 Large can whole tomatoes

  • **4-14 fresh jalapeno peppers (optional)

  • 1-4 tablespoon sugar (to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon cumin

  • 1½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  1. In blender, combine above ingredients and chop.

  2. Put in cooking pot and bring to a boil.

  3. Turn down heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

**For mild sauce use: 3 to 4 peppers

For medium sauce use: 5 to 8 peppers

For hot sauce use: 10 to 14 peppers
