Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs. Potatoes

  • 1 cup celery, chopped

  • 1 cup onion, chopped finely

  • 1 cup pickles, chopped

  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

  • 2-4 tablespoons mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Paprika

Instructions:

  1. Peel and cut potatoes. Boil 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain.

  2. Chop pickles, onions, celery.

  3. Mix all ingredients together.

  4. Sprinkle paprika on top, if desired.

Serves about 20-25 ½ cup servings.
