Ingredients:

  • 8 large potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks and boiled

  • 1 pint sour cream

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions

  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup melted butter or margarine

  • ¾ cup crushed cornflakes

Instructions:

  1. Mix sour cream, soup, onion and cheese in large bowl. Add potato chunks.

  2. Put mixture in 9x13-inch pan. Pour melted butter on top.

  3. Sprinkle cornflakes on top.

Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes.
