  • Two 8-ounce pkgs. cream cheese

  • One 8-ounce pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated

  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimento

  • 1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper

  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion

  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • Dash of cayenne pepper

  • Dash of salt

  • Pecans, finely chopped


  1. Cream the cream cheese; add the grated cheese and mix until well blended.

  2. Add other ingredients and mix well.

  3. Shape into a ball.

  4. Roll into finely chopped pecans.

  5. Wrap and chill for 24 hours in refrigerator.
