  • 10 large flour tortillas

  • 2 tomatoes, diced

  • Grated cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend of cheeses)


  1. Sprinkle each tortilla with cheese and tomatoes.

  2. Fold in half and press edges lightly to seal.

  3. In a skillet, cook Quesadillas over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted.

  4. Cut into wedges.
