Instructions:

Entire Package (24 oz.):

  1. Heat 7 quarts of water and 4 teaspoons salt to a rolling boil.

  2. Gradually stir in pasta; return to boiling.

  3. Boil, uncovered, 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. For best results, DO NOT OVERCOOK.

  4. Drain well. Toss immediately with sauce or coat with 3 tablespoons olive oil, butter, or margarine, if desired.

Half Package (12 oz.):

  1. Yields about 6-3/4 cup cooked or 6 servings.

  2. For 12 oz. of pasta, use 4 quarts of water and 2 teaspoons of salt.

  3. Cook according to directions above.

  4. Toss immediately with sauce or coat with 2 tablespoons olive oil, butter, or margarine, if desired.
