Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)

  • 8-10 medium shrimp (peeled and cleaned)

  • ½ lb. fettuccine, cooked

  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

  • 1½ cup half & half or light cream

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon cracked pepper

  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add garlic, sauté lightly, about 2 minutes.

  2. Add shrimp, sauté until shrimp becomes firm and opaque, about 2 minutes.

  3. Add fettuccine and parsley; stir lightly.

  4. Add half & half, salt and pepper, let simmer about 3 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat. Add cheese. Stir gently.

  6. Serve immediately.

Serves 2.
