  • 15-ounce can of Ranch Style Beans

  • 10-ounce Rotel Green Diced Tomatoes and Chiles

  • 1 pound of “Smart Sound” Veggie Protein Crumbles

  • 8-ounce can of water

  • ½ Tablespoon of Salt
