4 lbs. Spareribs salt Sweet ‘n Sour sauce.


  1. Have butcher cut 4 pounds spare ribs into serving pieces. Salt lightly.

  2. Place in shallow baking pan, meat side down.

  3. Bake in a very hot oven (450 degrees) for 35 minutes.

  4. Drain off fat.

  5. Spoon 1/2 can Sweet “n Sour sauce over ribs.

  6. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

  7. Turn ribs; spoon on remaining sauce.

  8. Bake 30 minutes longer.

Serves 4.
