Ingredients:

  • 8-10 pork chops

  • 4-5 potatoes, peeled and sliced

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

  • salt and pepper

  • oil

Instructions:

  1. Brown pork chops in 3 tablespoons oil.

  2. Place sliced potatoes in layers in 9 x 13” baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Place pork chops on top of potatoes.

  4. Salt and pepper.

  5. Pour soup over all.

  6. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1-1/2 hours.

Serves 4-5.
