Instructions:

  1. Empty 1 envelope of the mix into shaker bag.

  2. Moisten chops with water or milk.

  3. Shake off excess liquid.

  4. Shake 1-2 chops at a time in bag until evenly coated.

  5. Arrange chops in a shallow pan in a single layer.

  6. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes for ½-inch chops and 40 to 45 minutes for 1-inch chops.

One envelope coats approximately 8 chops.

ALWAYS COOK PORK THOROUGHLY.
