Ingredients:

  • 8-10 pork chops, ½” thick

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

  • ¼ to ½ onion, minced

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 teaspoons tomato bouillon

Instructions:

  1. Chop garlic and onion.

  2. Brown pork chops in garlic and onion with oil, after chops are browned add tomato bouillon with cup of water.

  3. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
