Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups rice

  • 6 green onions, chopped

  • 3 cups boiling water

  • 1 teaspoon Five spice

  • 10 chicken legs

  • 1 Carrot, chopped

  • 1 minced garlic

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • Pepper, dash

Instructions:  

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Spray nonstick spray onto sides and bottom of 13” x 9” baking pan.

  3. Place first four ingredients into pan.

  4. Place chicken on top.

  5. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
