Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs. ground beef

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • ¼ cup chopped onion

  • 1 8-ounce can of tomato sauce

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • ½ to 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Blend ground beef and flour.

  3. Brown with onion in skillet. Drain.

  4. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper.

  5. Line an 8- or 9-inch pan with canned biscuits.

  6. Pour hamburger mixture onto biscuits.

  7. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
