Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • 3 medium potatoes, cubed

  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil

  • 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce

  • 3 cups water

  • 1 Tablespoon salt

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • ΒΌ-cup green salsa

Instructions:

  1. Brown and drain ground beef.

  2. Add potatoes and oil to the beef and cook.

  3. Add tomato sauce, salsa, garlic, cumin and salt. Stir, cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender (about 20 minutes).

  4. Make sure you stir occasionally, in case you have to add a little more water.
