  • 1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)

  • 1 cup water

  • 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas

  • Selected garnishes


  1. Brown meat. Drain fat.

  2. Add seasoning and water.

  3. Simmer 10 minutes.

  4. Spoon 1/3-cup meat mixture down center of warmed tortilla.

If desired, top with garnishes. Fold up bottom of tortilla. Fold over sides of tortilla. Repeat with remaining meat mixture.
