Ingredients:

  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • 4 Tbsp. butter

  • 1 cup grated cheese

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 soup can milk

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained

  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onion in butter in large saucepan.

  2. Add soup, milk, and cheese.

  3. Cook over low heat until cheese melts.

  4. Stir in the broccoli and rice.

Yield: 4 servings
