Ingredients:

  • 8-10 corn tortillas or tostadas

  • Oil

  • 3 cups refried beans

  • ½ iceberg lettuce head, shredded

  • 2 cups grated cheese

  • 3 tomatoes, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Place tostada shells on cookie sheet or plate. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons beans onto shell and spread evenly.

  2. Top with grated cheese.

  3. Bake at 300 degrees until cheese melts or microwave for 1 minute or until cheese melts.

  4. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
