Stove top:

You will need:

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat

  • ¾ cup milk

  • 1¾ cups hot water.

Directions:

  1. Brown hamburger meat in 10-inch skillet; drain.

  2. Stir in ¾ cup milk, hot water, uncooked Pasta and Sauce Mix.

  3. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

  5. Remove from heat and uncover (sauce will thicken as it stands).

Microwave:

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat

  • ¾ cup milk

  • 2 cups boiling water

Directions:

  1. Crumble 1 pound hamburger meat into 2½ quart microwavable casserole or bowl.

  2. Microwave uncovered on High 3 to 5 minutes, breaking up beef after 3 minutes, until brown; drain.

  3. Stir in 2 cups boiling water, ¾ cup milk, sauce mix, and uncooked Pasta.

  4. Microwave uncovered on High 10 to 14 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until pasta is tender (sauce will thicken as it stands). Dish will be hot.
