Stove top:

  1. Place frozen corn in 1/2 cup boiling water.
  2. Bring rapidly to a second boil.
  3. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender, approximately 8 to 10 minutes, until tender.
  4. Drain.
  5. Season to taste.

Avoid overcooking.

Microwave:

  1. Place desired amount of frozen Sliced Yellow Squash in a covered microwaveable dish.
  2. Cover and cook on high setting 4 minutes.
  3. Stir and cook on HIGH another 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Let stand covered, 1 minute.
  5. Drain.
  6. Season to taste.
