Stove Top:

  1. Bring ¾ cup water to a boil.
  2. Place frozen vegetables in water. Cover.
  3. Bring rapidly to a second boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender, approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Drain. Season to taste.

 

Microwave:

  1. Place desired amount of frozen corn in a covered microwaveable dish.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons water for every cup of frozen vegetables.
  3. Cook on High setting 3 to 4 minutes. Stir. Cook another 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Drain.

Season to taste.
