Conventional Oven:

You will need:

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2/3-cup milk Directions:

 

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Empty package contents into medium size bowl.
  3. Add egg and milk.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Bake in greased 8-inch pan or muffin tin for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.

  3. Add 1 slightly beaten egg, 1 Tablespoon sugar (if desired), and 2/3-cup milk.
  4. Mix thoroughly. 5. Bake in greased, preheated corn stick pan for 15 to 20 minutes.

 

HCF Chili Corn Muffins

 

You will need:

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2/3-cup milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
  •  ¾ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Empty contents of this package into medium size bowl.
  3. Add 1½ teaspoons chili powder, ¾ teaspoon garlic salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 1 slightly beaten egg, and 2/3-cup milk.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Bake in greased muffin tin 15 to 20 minutes.
