Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4 (6 ounce each) strip steaks

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients
  2. Marinate the strip steak in the mixture for approximately one hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill 5 minutes.
  4. Grill the steaks for 3 minutes; add the rest of the marinade sauce to the top of the steaks. Close lid.
  5. Grill for 1 minute more or until desired doneness.
  6. Serve on a bed of rice. Makes 4 servings.
