Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 (6 ounces each) halved skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients.
  2. Add chicken breasts and let marinate for at least ½ hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
  4. Grill chicken for 3-1/2 minutes or until done.
  5. Remove and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
