Microwave:

  1. Cut and remove film cover from rice; slit film over entrée and beans.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 4 ½ to 7 minutes.
  3. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes in microwave oven.
  4. CAREFULLY remove tray and film cover as PRODUCT WILL BE HOT; stir rice before serving.

 

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut and remove film cover from rice; slit film over entrée and beans.
  3. Bake on COOKIE SHEET in center of oven 25 to 28 minutes.
  4. Remove COOKIE SHEET with tray from oven; let stand 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. CAREFULLY remove film cover as PRODUCT WILL BE HOT; stir rice before serving.

 

NOTE: Temperatures above 350 degrees AND/OR failure to use a COOKIE SHEET may cause damage to the tray, food and/or oven.
