Keep frozen until ready to use.

Conventional Oven:

 

  1. Place oven rack in middle position of oven.
  2. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
  3. In a shallow metal baking pan, arrange frozen fish sticks in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly.

 

Microwaving not recommended.
