Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. white chocolate or almond bark
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3 cups pretzels
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring after each, until chocolate melts.
  3. Add pretzels and nuts, stirring to coat.
  4. Spread mixture into greased jellyroll pan.
  5. Chill for 20 minutes.

Break into pieces.
