Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
  • 1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar * 2 (8-ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup Realemon lemon juice from concentrate
  • Topping of desired taste.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Combine margarine crumbs and sugar; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring form pan.
  3. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
  4. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and Realemon; mix well.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until set.
  8. Top with sour cream.
  9. Bake 5 minutes longer.
  10. Cool; chill.
  11. Garnish with desired topping.

 

Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 1, 9-inch cake.
