Ingredients:

  • 3 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup rice
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk and rice. Cook 15 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add sugar, cinnamon, and raisins. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes.
  3. Serve warm.

 

Serves 4-6.
