Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease bottoms of medium muffin cups or use paper baking cups.
  3. DRAIN blueberries.
  4. Blend 1 egg and ½ cup milk with a fork.
  5. Stir in muffin mix just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  6. Fold blueberries into batter. Fill muffin cups ½ full.
  7. Bake until light golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Makes about 12 muffins.
