Ingredients:

  • 2 cups buttermilk baking mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1¼ to 1½ cups milk
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

 

Instructions:

  1.  Mix milk and eggs.
  2. Add the baking mix and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add melted butter, blend well.
  4. Bake on preheated griddle or waffle iron.

 

Makes 10 or 12 5-inch waffles or 12 to 14 5-inch pancakes.
