Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat lightly oiled pan or griddle to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients; blend well (somewhat lumpy batter makes light, fluffy pancakes).
  3. Cook about 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side.Turn when edges start to dry.
