  • 1 tube refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
  • Fat for deep frying
  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  1. Remove biscuits from tube.
  2. Flatten a little and push a small hole through center of each.
  3. Fry in deep fat heated to 350 degrees, turning once or twice, until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towel.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.

Yield:       Makes 5 for small tube and 10 for large tube.
