Alert message

  1. Remove bread pan from breadmaker.
  2. In bread pan, measure in order:
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  1. Gently place bread pan inside the breadmaker, making sure it is secure.
  2. Close the lid of the breadmaker.
  3. Set the breadmaker on the dough setting.
  4. Press the start button.
  5. Remove from pan and cut in half.
  6. Place each piece in a small ziplock bag.
  7. Refrigerate.
  8. Next day, lightly rub pizza pan with olive oil.
  9. Using one of the bags of dough, press in pizza pan. (Reserve send bag of dough for another pizza by refrigerating or freezing.)
  10. Top with favorite toppings (sauce, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, pineapple, onion, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese).
  11. Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Serve.
