Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. bulk breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • ¾ cup Bisquick
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 ½ cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1-2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • The cooked sausage

 

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Grease 9 x 13-inch glass casserole. Set aside.
  3. In large skillet, brown the sausage.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In large mixing bowl, mix together eggs, Bisquick, milk, cheese, mustard, butter.
  6. Spread in the casserole dish.
  7. Bake 1 hour.

 

 

Yield:  8-10 servings
