Ingredients:

  • 5 corn tortillas
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 butter
  • Picante sauce, optional

 

Instructions:

  1. Tear tortillas into bite size pieces.
  2. In small bowl, beat eggs and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in large skillet.
  4. Stir in tortillas and cook about 1 minute.
  5. Add beaten eggs, stirring to scramble.
  6. Cook until done, about 3 minutes.
  7. Serve with Picante sauce, if desired.
