Egg O’Muffin
Ingredients:
- 1 English muffin
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 thick slice of ham
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place English muffin on baking dish.
- Heat in oven for 5-10 minutes.
- While muffin is heating, beat egg and milk together.
- Set aside.
- In skillet, heat oil and ham.
- Remove ham from skillet; set aside.
- In same skillet, cook egg mixture, stirring constantly until done. (Cook on low heat about 3-5 minutes.) Or, you may use an egg ring to form a patty shaped egg rather than scrambled eggs.
- Open English muffin.
- Place ham, egg, and slice of cheese inside muffin.
