1. In Dutch oven, brown:

    1 lb. ground beef

2. Drain fat off.

3. Saute:

    beef

    1/2 to 1 whole chopped onion

4. Add:

    1 (16-oz.) can crushed tomatoes with juice

    1 1/2 tsp. salt

    1/4 tsp. pepper

    Pinch of cayenne pepper

    1/4 tsp. paprika

    1/2 tsp. oregano

    1 1/2 cups cubed potatoes

    1/2 cup raisins

5. Simmer for 1 hour.

6. Serve with tortillas or tortilla chips.
