Alert message

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 box fideo noodles
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion, optional
  • 1 clove minced garlic, optional
  • 2 pkgs. chicken and tomato bouillon or 1 pkg. of each
  • 3-4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Add fideo and cook until lightly browned.
  3. If using onion and garlic, add now.
  4. Add bouillon and water.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Lower heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
